Directions for use:
Apply a thin uniform coat of finish to floor with new rayon mop. Allow to dry approximately 30 minutes. We recommend applying 3-4 uniform coats in this manner. Never pour left over finish back into the container to avoid contamination.

Zipity Strip is an extremely aggressive product developed to quickly strip multiple coats of burnished finish from resilient tile floors. This super fast acting, labor saving product, works with hot or cold water and usually requires no scrubbing. It greatly reduces the time it takes to strip a floor!

Directions for use:
Strip only a manageable area at one time.
For best results you will need a scrubbing machine with strip pad, mop buckets and mops, and a wet vac with squeegee.
Mix stripper in mop bucket at a dilution of 1 part stripper to 5 parts water. Thoroughly saturate floor surface and allow to remain for about 5 minutes. Be sure the surface stays wet with stripper solution.
Scrub floor surface with machine. In most cases, one pass with the scrubber will remove even the toughest finish build-ups.
After scrubbing, pick up the solution with a wet vac and squeegee. A mop or autoscrubber may also be used.
Detail mop the floor with a clear water solution. When the floor is dry it is ready for recoating.
